Labradoodle Guardian Homes! in Nunnelly, Tennessee For Sale

Hello Middle TN, I am looking for some Guardian Homes for some of my Labradoodles. 1 male and 3 females to choose from.
1 young adult Male for a Guardian Home. Apricot F1 He is for stud and will be used in my program on a part time basis. Crate trained and housebroke.
I have 1 young F1 female, Chocolate/Apricot Phantom, more of a Lab look (short haired) She is crate trained.
And I have 2 Labradoodle puppies. 1 Cream girl and 1 Chocolate girl These are F2's, second generation. Labradoodle to Labradoodle.
The Guardian contracts for the above girls will be different in details based on young adult or puppy. However, in general these dogs are your pets, I retain ALL breeding rights and cover ALL breeding costs. When their breeding program has expired, the Guardian contract is void and reg. papers are yours.
This is a great way for someone to obtain a Labradoodle and not have to spend the puppy prices $$$. And is beneficial for the dog which gets to stay in a home type setting full time.
